How it Works - Step by Step Guidelines

STEP 1

After launching the software, click on the Add file button for adding Olm file from the system

STEP 2:

Now browse the location where Olm files are saved which are to be exported

STEP 3:

Now select the file from the current location to export them

STEP 4:

After scanning process is completed a message pop up, saying scan successfully completed.

STEP 5:

This window shows the export option & allow you to export files with various options.

STEP 6:

This screen shows various options related to export:

Select the folders to be exported
Export as PST, MSG, EML files.
Browse the location for saving the converted file.

After checking or un-checking above options, click Export.

STEP 7:

After this a window will pop up saying Export process completed Sucessfullly.

STEP 8:

After exporting you need to have a status report, for that you have to save the generated report to the needed location.

STEP 9:

This window displays a message indicating the successfully saved export report with its location.

STEP 10:

Select the converted PST file for a list to read mail.

STEP 11:

Now you can successfully open & view your OLM file in windows supported Outlook
